Board-certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Parrish brings more than 20 years of experience spanning patient-facing clinical practice and laboratory diagnostics, a dual perspective that shapes every case he reads.

Before founding Skyway DermPath, he built and led a successful dermatopathology laboratory, developing the operational, diagnostic, and service standards that define his approach today. His philosophy, what he calls clinical pathologic correlation, ensures every diagnosis is interpreted with the full clinical picture in mind, not in isolation.

Jacob brings two decades of legal and business leadership to Skyway DermPath, having spent more than 20 years as a practicing attorney and partner at a major law firm before turning his focus to building healthcare companies. As COO, he leads the operational, financial, and strategic infrastructure that allows Skyway's clinical and service teams to do their best work, from lab logistics to vendor partnerships to long-term growth planning.

Janet brings 30 years of sales experience to her role, with the last 10 years dedicated exclusively to dermatology and dermatopathology.
